To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly label the RA number on the outside of the return package.
3.2 Returning the Product:
Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip or receipt.
Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
3.3 Exchanging the Product:
- Contact our customer support team to request an exchange.
- Follow the same packaging and labeling instructions as for returns.
- Specify the desired product size, color, or style for the exchange.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
4.1 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4.2 Exchanges:
After receiving your return and verifying eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
